Programmatic Thoughts

The Programmatic Thoughts series shows how thoughts move through our minds with repetitive patterns, bright colors, and strong visual impact. This mirrors how a neurodivergent brain processes information in a fast, rhythmic, and sometimes overwhelming way.
The artwork connects to my background in software, cognitive science, and electronic music. The shapes resemble music visuals or coding patterns—like seeing inside someone's head and watching their thoughts unfold.
The style is raw and honest. Each piece is completed quickly, without striving for perfection, with the intent of releasing tension. This connects to Art Brut, where artists create without worrying about conventional rules.
I use tools like POSCA and Molotow markers, which are common in street art. Some paintings incorporate chrome, which shifts with light, reflecting how perspective shapes our thoughts.
This series is a tribute to the neurodivergent mind. These busy patterns and repetitive marks are my ADHD and anxiety made visible.
The Programmatic Thoughts series invites us to consider how our minds work, especially when thoughts or feelings become overwhelming.
